Welcome to the internal sales platform of Moet Hennessy Diageo (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. The terms of this platform apply to all users who browse, use and log in to the platform. You shall agree with and accept the following terms and conditions before you browse, use and log in. Otherwise, Moet Hennessy Diageo (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd will reserve the right to terminate or refuse your use of the platform.

1. 特卖于本人使用或赠予，禁止转售。 

Staff sale is part of staff privilege and purchases are exclusively restricted for self-use or for gifting, NO RE-SELLING.

2. 请勿将特卖信息和产品照片透过任何方式对公司外部的任何人分享，严禁在任何社交媒体平台上分享此次特卖的产品图片/视频等任何涉及特卖活动的信息，一经发现我们将与相关品牌人力资源部门联系。

Please DO NOT share any staff sale information or product photos with external parties, staff sale information and product photos posting via social media is strictly forbidden. 

3. 特卖政策将被严格执行，任何违反员工特卖政策的员工将被取消购买资格并交由人力资源部门处理。 

Policy will be strictly enforced, and all employees are required to adhere with this policy. Any breach in the policies will be disqualified from the staff sales and HR department will take disciplinary actions.

4. 一旦购买者下单并完成付款，没有质量原因将不得退换。

Neither return nor replacement service will be provided upon the completion of the payment for the products.

5. 送货方式，可以选择送货至公司或者送货至个人地址，若送货至个人地址，则需自行承担运费。

About the order delivery, you could choose delivery to company address or personal address. If you choose the later one, you need pay the courier cost by yourself.
